  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are final. Once you purchase with us, we will respond back on the email you provide us with the pictures of the plants you have purchased. Since the inventory is uploaded digitally once a month, and plants continue to grow and change we want to make sure you know how the plant looks like. If you do not like the plant, you can contact us and we will work with you.
  • How long do you guarantee the plant?
    Once we receive the shipment, we inspect the root system of the plants and re-pot them in a larger pot with enough nutrition for at least 3 months. The plant then sits in our inventory for at least 2 weeks before we put it for sale. This allows the plant to adjust to its new pot. If the plant you purchased shows signs of distress within 30 days of purchase, please contact us with its picture and we will advise on remedy. Unfortunately, we do not accept return of a distressed plant.
  • Can I choose my plant in person?
    No, we are a digital nursery and we display all the plants in our inventory on the website. As plants grow, these pictures will get updated on our website at least once a month. Please contact us for additional pictures if required
